LOGOS NETWORK
BRAND + WEBSITE
Worked with a startup team, the Logos Network,
I solely created the brand, the visuals, and the responsive website. (Design and code)
FEB 2018
The Brief
"LOGOS" is the name of the company.

I know, I was confused too, at the beginning
when I talked to the team
about the ideas of the designs.

The team wanted me to deliver
a minimal design of their logo and VI,
to represent a simple idea of...
THE BRAND
Visual Identity
...three groups of users are
all connected in a reliable network
(Logos Network).

And simultaneously,
the users within one group are also
connected with each other,
like them in a "Starry Night".
THE BRAND
Brand Visuals
The visual that I designed
performs well in two possible versions.

A is more branding-like,
which could act as icons,
background textures, business card,
envolope, and letterhead, etc.
While B looks a little bit more specific,
that might fit in particular conditions
like a diagram.

I personally love A.
HOW DID I DO IT
The Ideas
The idea of the logo
came from the Greek word "logos".

The letter "L" looks well balanced,
connected, and reliable.

I tried five options of the logo shape,
finally went with number one because
I didn't want it to compete with
the famous video game
- Half life.
HOW DID I DO IT
Explorations
When diving into the design,
the hardest part is making it
simple enough and beautiful.

There's nothing more,
nothing less.
HOW DID I DO IT
Final Design
So, here it is.

The final design is possibly
fit for all situations.
Small to be an icon,
big to be a mark on a billboard.

THE WEBPAGE
Responsive!
The webpage,
for sure, needs to be responsive.

It works on major web browsers,
on any resolutions of desktop displays,
from 12-inch MacBook to 27-inch Cinema Display.

And it fits for major smartphones
from iPhone SE to iPhone X, and iPhone 8 Plus,
and Google Nexus 5 to Pixel 2 XL.

HTML5 / CSS
Thousands of lines hand coding.😓
